I'm guessing this company that wants to form the strategic alliance, at least wants team up with BRWC to go USA wide for starters. Next thing is, they will want to find other springs located in other countries, or somewhere where they're allowed to draw the water.
Lavoie clearly can sell herself and her company and what it can do for any company wanting to sell it's own private label bottled water. But she knows the real money will be in selling direct to wholesalers.
They've produced a brochure in Mandarin (I presume - as Cantonese is only really spoken in Hong Kong) so she is clearly aiming at expansion in China. Makes a lot of sense as the Chinese have a lot of money, to move into many many new areas of business.
If people find the fact that the Chinese are buying up all manner of companies all over the world, that is called business! Look at what a lot of the oil exporting nations are doing - exactly the same such as the Kuwaiti Investment Office.
