the thing about the carrot approach is that it is a new company, that's just how it works, you don't know it is a carrot on a stick until the deadlines pass, and even then there's a degree of understanding that everything isn't going to go perfectly. but it has gone too far.
Magika was certainly not a farce, it was just lacking support from GSL. That goes the same for all other products they have aside from Mark's character in the sdcc comic. GSL is supposed to be what allows all of the IPs to be popular and profitable, but it doesnt yet exist in desired form.
A lot of those hard numbers, like debt levels, are in the filings, or derived from the filings if you take the time. But, some things you mentioned you wouldn't even expect a blue chip company to share with the public, so you cant really bundle it all together like that. We did get along the way certain hard numbers, being CPM, break even number of ad pages, etc.
"never" a truthful statement?....that's a tad bit unlikely. and no i did not 'pump' all those statements as fact and truth....often i posted that that is what benny said, or that it was contingent on gsl launching. And also like i said above, bad things will happen when you're trying to get a new company off the ground...it is to be expected, but it has reached a point that it is just ridiculous imo and the way shareholder communication was handled last week was the last straw for me. And there were times, regarding the 'few note holders left', in which ppl misunderstood...like when the lender doesnt have notes anymore but this still have the shares, and then the 8k comes out later saying how much they converted and sold...it is in that past but some ppl dont understand it isnt presently happening. However, if i recall, one of those noteholders, benny jumped the gun on declaring that they were out when they were not. The number of shares to be converted depends mostly on where the share price is when it converts...no one , and i mean no one can predict that.
there's no doubt that Benny has ****ed up more than he has done right, and has withheld certain information long after it should have been made public....make no mistake, i am POed and pending the video this week, I may be supporting his removal. The current state of affairs is an embarrassment. But, for some reason people seem to need to be on one side or the other, and lump all things into one sentiment like you did here (although ive seen worse lol).
...I have LOTS of bad things to say about Benny at this point...but you can't take the stance that he NEVER told the truth, and this is a SCAM, and Benny is SATAN, and he's BUYING AN ISLAND with our money, and his marriage is a FARCE, and yadayadayada...you see what i mean. I point out certain things that just aren't true and therefore I am a "pumper"...not sure if you noticed but I've been giving him hell lately.
