Imagine if they didn't convert but those shares were shorted in advance upon deposit by brokers and they accumulated a large position in the market. They could essentially create a squeeze that they could eventually blow out into. Pretty rare possibility of this occurring but most definitely a good idea. Regardless there is def a few short here
