I've noticed quite a few notes in the filings to unrelated parties which have the potential to be friendly if treated correctly. What are your thoughts on the convertibles here Money? Do you think that these guys will be crushing this thing or holding for higher prices, looks like the majority with discount are .0001-0004. I've found it kind of odd they would do a forward split rather than a simple increase in the AS or usage of preferred to retain control any help here would be appreciated in regards to what your thinking is. Either way I do believe we see some more momentum build as the November 4th closing date approaches and more details are revealed. Thanks for your DD-
