These judges are not progressives. They are corporatist democrats who lean to the right, assuming your theory is correct. A real progressive would never give a multi national corporation leeway over a small business or individuals. By your reasoning SCOTUS would be progressive when it is largely corporatist/fascist. Corporations are NOT people!
