i'm still going to wait until nov 6, it's possible the bondholders will reject the plan, then the court has no option but to reject the plan. A cramdown can only happen if at least 1 voting class accepts plan, seeing as how the bondholders are the only voting class, BPZ will just have to come up with another plan altogether.
