This is an excellent post, thank you. I lived through this disgusting dilution that was IMO no doubt premeditated selling by ED that was never disclosed to investors as you note.

From my perspective what he did was inexcusably criminal and the only people still defending him are the ones who bought in sub penny in early early 2013 or 2012 or the ones that are upside down and just trying to get out.

IMO, The crimes have been committed. MYEC management may play fair ball now because their pockets are already lined with millions off our backs.
