Why was this a surprise? I quite literally said prior to the tiny pop that a dead cat bounce was possible but, that the conversions were just beginning.
Jake has nothing to do with the conversions now, these are merely notes being converted by lenders, nothing he can do about it. Jake spent the money 6-8 months ago. It was quite clear and obvious all along.
