So what's your point?
1) It's time to buy at this low point after hearing about a big time successful investor buying a big chunk of the company?
or,
2) It's time to sell everything and initiate a short position after a substantial downtrend has already occurred and after hearing about a big time successful investor buying a big chunk of the company and
i) right before the expected announcement of completion of enrollment of a phase 3 trial and,
ii) the company having recently established and subsequently expanding on a collaboration agreement with cash flush BP Astrazeneca and,
iii) the company having recently announced that the #1 cancer research center in the world (Memorial Sloan Kettering (MSK), whose time and effort for research collaboration is sought by many but achieved by the select few) is collaborating with the company in research on its lead oncology drug and,
iv) knowing that there are two interim look-ins for the phase 3 trial, the first of which is to occur shortly after completion of enrollment and,
v) knowing that the company is expecting significantly increased revenues (multiple 10's of millions increase over the next year) from its expanded wholly owned bio-manufacturing subsidiary AVID and,
vi) knowing the increased revenues allow the choice of decreasing the ATM or supporting the strengthening of the pipeline R&D and,
vii) knowing the company has wholly owned IP and no debt other than operating expenses and the payoff of the dividends on the preferred shares (a very nice deal for the preferred share holders I might add).
Now that I think about it I'm sure you meant #1. It would be appreciated if you would make it more clear in the future so I don't have to type so much. Thanks.
