You should check the press release. I think we will get a definitive filing first, expected in November. But that applies to the swap out. The swap in is already in progress. And what that means is, they already have the cash available to ramp up Angel Star. IMO. And what that means is, they don't need to raise cash anymore for this one. And what that means is, we will probably own more than 50% going forward. And what that means is, they will consolidate those revenues and assets going forward. I can go on if you like :-)
