I think the key word is "Always" which I think you should have said Generally,

We'll see, and I would assume the companies they threw in there will get some stock, my guess is that's where the Preferred Shares will go.... you don't just throw your company and assets in for nothing,

but if they have (and should)a 1 year restriction on
them, then investors should have great window and I would
assume the other companies will perform to raise their stock
value when thiers become unrestricted.
