I don't think this rules out anything. Titan or anyone who may buy them- if at all - needs a distribution center.
On their website this company is mainly a distribution center that also has 50+ service engineers.. The service agreements will be a big part of it. IMO. This shows that they have a pulse and are moving forward.

You're intuition is correct. This, in fact, is a very bad deal. Expect Titan to go back to the well in early 2016 also.
