Just because the "disclaimer" said it was an opinion does not necessarily mean that it can't be libel. Certain things were presented as facts, there were omissions, untruths. (Damn Lies). There is something in the law called Libelous per quod. There are things that are not actionable upon there face, but become so by reason of peculiar situation or occasion which the words are written. Publications which are not obviously defamatory, but which become so when considered in connection with innuendo, colloquium, and explanatory circumstances. There is also Libelous per se. ( defamatory on its face). When words are of such a character that an action may be brought upon them. IMHO there appears more than enough to bring an action against S A (scumbag assholes). If that is done then a lot of things about (scumbag assholes) can be revealed through discovery. Lawyer speak for digging through all of your shit. That would be fun.
