From what i gathered from a guy i talked to
back in febuary of this year was most of the
shares she sells as a private placement go to
folks in Australia.

Reason i say this is because i did some buisness
with him and he asked me was i from Australia and
i said no he said well i was just asking becasue
most of the deals we do with this stock go to
Australia.

SO if she does private sells i guess they are not
recorded to the share count and she racks up some
cash. i dont know if she uses it on technology for
SMME or does she live off some of the funds.

Im just guessing. But this could be a money making
ideal for any CEO and they could just keep trying
to hold on to investors by throwing some kind of hint
something big is coming out.

I hope im wrong i was really wanting to see SMME become
a reall company.
