....the highlander capital block buyer only paid about 20 cents p/s, imo...........it was an insider-arranged deal and the transaction was shrouded in secrecy........we actually traced the sale and contacted both billy blair and the account manager at highlander capital (he spoke initially and then freaked out and stopped all communications - had similar outcome with billy blair)......
...but, the highlander capital block buyer took control of 16MM shares - april/2011..............we believe guy was in on the entire transaction (as an observer) which is why guy remains so smurkie about the entire uwb/uwbi situation.............we have spoken with guy on more than one occasion - can't say much more but guy doesn't give much insight.....he wants to focus on Colorado National Bank, he says......he always shrugs off uwb/uwbi questions and states 'whatever happens, will happen'..........etc..................to me, this validates the frankie 50, 1.50 and 5-year lag (purposeful).........aimho.....we have been in similar situations with the fdic..........
