On that line: It could also be that suppressing it at a low until R/S increases the liklihood of a significant increase post R/S. Attracting new investors and new media attention as this post r/s company comes out of the gate full throtle, immediate high returns, favorable P/R's and more... Wow, look at IPRE, they are positioned great and taking off, better buy it up now!!!
Possible or just hopeful speculation. I don't believe any force is in play to keep the price set or that management cares enough to position the pps. Those still holding know it's undervalued and hoping to sell higher, buyers just don't want to get in until the uncertianity is lifted. IMO
