idea.

Here goes: Other possibility could include the FDA making Elites
ADF the standard by which all other ADFs are measured. Many of the other physical approaches can be defeated or pose a harmful potential to abusers.
Elite's pharmacological approach does not pose a safety risk the way that some physical approaches do.

If the FDA makes Elite's technology the standard by which all other ADFs have to meet then its a whole new ballgame.
