Kent Linduff & ORT returned aka never accepted 1 Billion shares...can not retire that which was never issued...common sense A/S & O/S are not the same & why would they be the same?

& verified as NO filings can be found anywhere showing an increase in the O/S of an additional 1 billion shares but then filings do show where 1.8B were retired.
