Since this company has done nothing but LIE to investors since inception, I find it difficult to believe ANYTHING they say. Judging by the generally falling share price since the name and symbol change, it looks as if the market agrees.
So far, the positives for this company have turned out to be mere BULLSHIT! In short, a LOT of HYPE and HOT AIR!
Even the company is backing away from the "merger/subsidiaries" relationship in an effort to protect the assets of their private businesses.
It looks as if they are looking for a way to extricate themselves from a messy and potentially costly situation.
