Dickmo, as a student of human behavior, I am a primed pessimist.
Although it is not my business, I don't know why you appear interested in this investment when your logic and the bases of your argument challenge what is widely acknowledged in this industry.
Not to be overly critical, but this lack of congruence between belief and action is hard for me to understand.
See, human behavior is a troubling, largely irrational enterprise that makes me an innate pessimist.
