there was no discussion re: source of funding. I spoke with Jim Hood the CEO of HipCricket. He said both sides have been very busy with other matters and due diligence continues.
When I spoke with Martin Copus about a major potential client he took me over to Jim to discuss the opportunity with him, since it involves T,V, and Radio stations.
HipCricket was there with their display, just like the other companies.
