All PRs and company statements include disclaimers about future events/plans since no one can predict with 100% certainty that those statements about future events/plans will come to fruition. Stuff happens. It's as simple as that. It is not lies. It is simply that things occurred that interfered and delayed those plans. Calling those statements lies is disingenuous and misleading.
