I'd put more faith in this farm however if you read the PR from June 22 you'll see, da-da, that when it commences hinges on getting a permit from the state of CA which is allegedly just in the process of creating a process for such approvals, so no one knows when it might happen.
In the meantime they have bought 66 acres in the Inland Empire (around San Bernardino County) and are clearing it and working on employment contracts -- which seems egg before the chicken if they don't know when they might start working, but someone is clearing and preparing the land. Which they bought from...dilution of shares?
Is that where they got funds to help start-up businesses with funding? We didn't realize the co. is swimming in cash and is such a role model for production and development that they can help others! Here's from the website:
