I agree R/C. I'm in at ..08 and now that I'm retired I don't have the funds to buy more. As long as regular PR's keep coming out I think we can maintain in this range. Flippers are causing these low prices and there is nothing we can do about that. Just hold them close and Never, Ever sell at the Bid price. Glta
