At the point Titan decided to extend the timeline for additional indications they knew they'd have to go to the well again. Before making the decision I have to think they went back to their "financial support" - whoever that may be - and consulted with them. Someone stepped up in May2014. Whoever stepped up is close to the project and in-the-loop. Titan wasnt about to screw them over 6 months later by extending the timeline without consulting with them. They're vested more than any of us. They will see this through. This may be one explanation as to why Titan doesnt seem to have a sense of urgency.

Good question about the ownership percentage.

Timesyours, whoever bought up the second offering scooped up 12,203,189 shares which is roughly 11.6% of all shares. If the same entity scoops up the shelf offering (depending on how much is offered), they could come close to the 20% threshold specified in the shareholders right plan.

Did you also know that TRXC once traded at a high of $14/share and is now at $2.35/share which according to the technical charts forms a big pile of pooh.
