Here's the way I see it:
Greenwood, GEG, Rainco, TGOG(obvious fraud), are all fake Co. with no managers, no revenues, no phone numbers, and no addresses, all of which copy cat other real Co.'s but these don't exist.
But this attorney has dodged the bullet of Co. bylaws and charter for the state of S.C. somehow. For example, Texas Gulf Oil and Gas is humorously placed in Georgia. Where in Georgia? Nobody knows because there are no managers, no revenues, no phone numbers, no address, no website, because it doesn't exist, never has and never will. All the people of Georgia would have laughed them out of business with a name like that anyway.
Point is none of these companies exist and if Warren Buffet for some reason wanted to buy out UBRG he wouldn't have to buy any of those other fake companies because none of them exist.
