I think we all acknowledge that that's the issue. The problem is that Baltia is passing the buck to the FAA but won't state that publicly, only over the phone to you.
Let out a PR indicating that. At least that gives us the warm and fuzzy feeling that they PUBLICLY shared this information that the FAA is in the driver's seat with the air carrier certification.
And while releasing that PR, Baltia should be asking what they can do to help expedite the process. The answer shouldn't be "nothing", because it's gone on longer than it should. If the FAA wants to keep stonewalling, then action needs to be taken. The coffers aren't infinite for Baltia, like they are for the FAA. This business needs to get off the ground, and the FAA is preventing that and Baltia is being too passive.
The FAA is definitely at major fault here, but that doesn't free Baltia from any culpability. Someone needs to hold the FAA accountable as well, and they need to issue the statement publicly rather than through this grassroots movement. At the same time, investors' confidence is destroyed and the company stands by silently, allowing you to do their publicizing for them.
