LOL. So what your trying to say, unless I am reading it incorrectly (which may be the case since its absurd) is since....

And learn that this was a $1.38 million revenue business for ESC which generated $292K in operating income. Basically the P&L of your average McDonald's franchise.

ESC6 will only be able to purchase a max of $292K from Sphere. Is that really what you are saying? C'mon man.

From their website:

Centers do not possess tax levying or bonding authority and rely on grants and contracts for funding. Revenues are received from three primary sources: state funds; federal funds; and, contracts with school districts.

Lets say a new technology initiative has been developed. Could new funds be earmarked for this initiative from one of these sources? Not to mention saying Sphere is out and out lying in PR.

Now I see that you do not outright say this. You put it in question form for whatever reason. But is this not what your implying? You tell me. I don't want to put words in your mouth. Tia

So you are saying Region 6 and all the schools and school districts in Region 6 have a total operating budget of $1.38 million? That is so foolish and silly. The bureaucracy of Region 6 generates those numbers. They support the schools but do not control their budgets or spending. New Caney ISD has a budget of $109 million and 1499 students. If there are 1.1 million students in Region 6 then doing the math would give the schools in the region a budget of (I am going to dinner now in Madrid so I don't have time for the math). And over 5 million students just in Texas. A professional would know that if he wasn't trying to spread FUD!

Here's a lesson for you.

Just to give you some insight into the type of thing an investment pro doesn't do, or shoudn't do.

Shouldn't spend most of his time on a stock message board bashing a company and trying to belittle other posters.

Very unprofessional.
