Ya cannot. It's a wait and see with FINRA. A name change, though, is like a drop in the bucket compared to a financial report. Q3 is kinda due any minute. I suggest waiting to see those ORT financials before you do anything ;-)
so this submitting questionable until it actually change...how can verify if this is a real submit?
