Since this dude is based in the State of Florida, I am almost certain he should have some insight on him!

Here is additional information on the new Auditor. He has a solid background and works with a known CPA firm in the Orlando area.

"Patrick is an authority on SEC rules and regulations as well as GAAP. His expertise stems from his completion of hundreds of audits for publicly and privately held companies. He also performs AICPA peer reviews."

Boreal seems to have hired the right guy to clean up the mess. If they were truly heading to ZERO as some on this board suggest than why would they hire a Jedi Knight for an Auditor? Why pay the money for someone of Patrick's talent level if you aren't planning on being in business for the long haul? Am I wrong to think they hired a true specialist like Patrick as they are confident the prior auditor underreported everything or maybe a deal is in the works and want to ensure their records are as perfect as possible?

I'll let everyone know what information I gather tomorrow.
