Yeah, of course, applications only. If they sound similar to something else like the infamous Tarvacin (vs Tarceva) case, these might get rejected. It took 6 months for the "BETABODY" trademark to get registered, April 10, 2014, to October 14, 2014.
The application for 3 trademarks was certainly news to me today, even though it's been almost a month since these were filed.
