Unsecured creditors, owed more than $US200 million, would split about $US7.5 million.



Any "sweeter deal" would go directly to the unsecured creditors, that according to the financial statements are actually owed closer to $400-500 million, as the 2020 debt holders alone are owed $220+ million, plus what is owed to the unsecured creditors.

Common shareholders will still receive nothing, and the stock will be cancelled without payment.
