north40000, that's about the most you get out of trademark description. The company has no obligation to explain for what purpose they will use it. I believe that there is a "first use in commerce" question, but that's it. But I think this is enough:

IMO, they either registered a couple so at least one passes; or they want to market bavituximab under different names in different regions; or they want to market lung and breast combinations under separate names; or a combination thereof.
