I've re-considered my latest negative concern about TRTC being a penny stock and the manipulation of such I've seen so often over the years.
Firstly, the share price is just so cheap given the short term progress and the staggering long term potential. Having said that, it's still a penny and that always calls for caution.

However, given TRTC's continued accumulation/strength, I decided to add to my already established position as noted in the post you cite and hope that proves to be a smart 'guess'/move in the days to come.
