This is a scenario that is quite plausible and I have thought is likely. There was quite a bit of debt and convertible shares associated with the shell when Critic became affiliated. I am not sure how those work or affect the float but I am sure some of them are being sold as the numbers change from quarterly to quarterly. I still find that portion of the financial report confusing as hell though and not sure just how much debt is being eliminated.
