I agree. I think we have neared the very end of the tunnel. The notes have been mostly paid off and and the deal is on the cusp of being finalized I would assume. I think whoever buys at these prices will be greatly rewarded. Can it go lower? Definitely. But either way these are bargain prices if you see where this is going in a few months time. Wish though that I had waited to take advantage of these prices.
