I think so too mrlahjr but we don't know who is doing it. Is it lobbyists taking FAA bigwigs to lunch at Old Ebbits Grill to make sure they don't pass Baltia...are the other airlines trying to grab up this market that Baltia discovered?

Or is something else in the works and that is why Baltia isn't doing something about its pps at the moment. Maybe Baltia is waiting for the pass and the perfect time to announce it.

Baltia failed the minis. No one else's fault but theirs. And they put themselves in this position by not having enough money to continue the process. They are stalling trying to raise money for the next mini, while the shareholders suffer.
