The RS is for EVSI, not HISC - is this right?

I would vote my shares for a 10:1 RS - that is the only way we will ever get out of cents to $$$ and beyond - I have been part of two R/S and I stil hold my $$ in both companies: ISCR is 50% of its R/S value - INSP is 20% above it R/S value after it first rose to $59 and sank to its present value.
