They just did one about 6 weeks ago and they waited till it was under 2 bucks. Besides, a r/s on this type of commodity isn't like one on a regular stock since it is based off NG futures and there is no share structure anyway.

Are they allowed to do more then 1/year? I know in the penny casino they can only do one per year but maybe different for ETNs.

They should've done a 10 or 20:1. IMO.
