They might have only until Dec to get these cheap shares! If you check out the link from the latest PR regarding the site plans, open up the PDF version and zoom into bottom right section. There is a table with some dates listed. One in particular caught my attention 12/08/15-"aprobado para construccion" which translates to "approved for construction." Not sure if means groundbreaking or if time line is accurate.?? But soon enough we may start to see some exciting things! Good luck to all longs!
