As example look at the Marijuana Index. TRTC is #16 in Market Cap!!!!

6 months ago some misguided investors thought a hemp company was far superior to TRTC. AT that time that company was traded at half of TRTC share price. Today it is trading under .03 cents a share and has an O/S balance similar to the worlds Debt....... IMHO
