Sad to see SGNL pop to $1.24/share on volume of 1.6 Million shares, only to sell allllllll the way back down to .89 which is lower than where it was PRE NEWS !!

Just stupid

SGNL has cash per share at over $1.30 and $10M in cash and $1M in debt

Makes no sense that it's trading where it is right now
