Let me add this to Vapor Corp message board. I do believe the earnings report is going to be great. IMO its probably might be the reason why Vapor is feeding it insiders shares instead of cash money. Again my opinion is because they know the earnings report is going to be great. The company need for the earning report to be great so the pps can at lease make a big run, before they start issuing out shares for the units, and Authorized shares. Plus to avoid a possible r/s or coughing up money for the unit shares. There will be less shares to add to each unit warrant with a much higher pps. I just hope they have not pass out anymore unnecessarily shares, that will be dump into the market the day the quarter earnings report is out, that might keep the pps from running much higher. Or boys and girls its game over for common shareholders. that will Probably leaves nothing, but a r/s to feed the hungry.
I know the Units conversion is not due until January 2016, but Vapor needs to get this share price up way before then, and keep it up. Even if Viagra could be use in vape pipes its still won't help keep the pps up if the management sucks.
All in my humble opinion of course.
