If you read up in the latest news releases ING scrambled to come up with a little over 2 billion dollars. Sold bonds here and there to get like 2.3 billion together and seems maybe they need it for a debt. I wonder maybe hmmmmm. Could be pure coincidence but there's always the chance. Go PFNO.
