Gotta do it the FAA's way or it is the highway...so far Baltia hasn't done it the FAA's way...all chutes need to deploy during certification or it is the highway! GLTA

no doubt mrlahjr; however Baltia really needs the FAA to be on their side and so, maybe the FAA will give them that pass that they need really fast for all of Baltia's troubles that were not Baltia's fault.
