Upon further review it seems we're not late on filing at all since no one knows anything about the financing yet. On the PR, it says they "entered into a binding term sheet and definitive agreements". More research onto the topic might come up with this:

Ya judging by the pictured they posted on instagram, they seem exited about something. I think something huge might be going on behind the seens. Patience is key.
