Equity line will not be toxic and no one can prove differently. Anyone that knows how equity lines work know there's a fixed cost basis BEFORE the company draws down on the equity line which acts like a floor.

Also, a couple of false starts does not equate to "fake" PR's and this company has proven themselves time and time again over the last several months.
