Yeah I spoke with Kane a few times and the first time I asked him what was going on with the dividend I didn't lead on that I was entitled and he tried to complain about it and how "everyone keeps asking.." And I said yeah when you make promises to shareholders it's kind of a big deal when you don't come through with something of substance. After a pause he said he'd bring it up at the board meeting a week later and call me. We spoke a few more times after that and this was before endo came out and flopped and he tried to sell me on that too. I agree with you, he's just flagrantly bullshitting us and has been for years.
