"confidence builders"

John Bourque's mindset has been, and will always be: "I am Kryron. I am Bourque Industries."

John Bourque will always be Bourque Industries majority stockholder.

John Bourque's holding of common and special shares, as Bourque Industries majority stockholder, puts him in absolute control of all decisions made by the Board of Directors, which is now known as his puppets (persons controlled by John Bourque, and is used to perform unpleasant or dishonest tasks) where John Bourque dictates orders to them while not being an executive officer of Bourque Industries: Carol J. Condon, Charmaine S. Berry, and Juan C. Mendoza

Once upon a time I suggested that John Bourque will screw the Hurting in the Dark Shareholders by having Bourque Industries declare bankruptcy, followed by John Bourque obtaining from the bankruptcy court all Kryron patents and the Bourque Industries shell upon his acquisition of all debts and legal claims outstanding.

But no, as now its clear that when the Hurting in the Dark Shareholders compute the value of their BORK holdings compared to those of John Bourque and his puppets, a conclusion is made that "in fact" John Bourque while CEO and then in prison pulling the strings of Bourque Industries Board of Directors has had Bourque Industries function as an empty shell that created out of thin air magnitudes of common and special shares distributed to himself and his puppets to a degree that the Hurting in the Dark Shareholders claim to ownership of Bourque Industries is less than 1% as their investments of cash has more than a permanent 99% lost of value based on a billion shares issued and for those holding a number of shares bought for dollars or more each in 2011.

Example: In 2011 a purchase of BORK at $4 a share using $200,000 obtains a holding of 50,000 shares.

50,000/1,000,000,000
50/1,000,000
50/1000000
5/100000
(5/5)/(100000/5)
(1)/(20000)
1/20,000

What does this mean ?

Perhaps its like each owner of Bourque Industries has one slice of Bourque Industries worth.

The above person who in 2011 invested $200,000 has one slice, and there are 19,999 more persons standing in line, each having ownership of one slice each.

With John Bourque's salary to be in the high 6 figures, and surprise-surprise the salaries of all Board of Directors to be assigned in the 6 figures, plus royalties to take 11% off profits, plus those secret agreements of lab and private investor(s) to take their cut off the profits, what will remain of the revenue for this person above when there are 19,999 other folks taking each a slice.

Of course John Bourque equates to about 10,000 John Bourque's in line for a slice.
