Yep, you got it. Think about it! How could there be THAT MANY MILLION shares available after 2 R/S' back-to-back?!?!? NO ONE would have shares (meaning all the current shareholders were wiped out). And they all conveniently became available right when he started publishing the BS about his newest scam!
